<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">多數的企劃人可能會遇到類似問題，因為行銷/企劃並沒有專門的學校科系，也沒有太明確的職務定位，所以大部分的業主或廠商、甚至老闆都不一定能弄懂其中的分工概念。接下來，我們就以精簡方式說明，用</span><b>「專業核心、職能定位、工作重點」</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">三個面向介紹其中的主要差異：</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">企劃是基本功，需要一半的密集訓練，加上一半的自我天份。好的企劃腦袋必須有條不紊、條理清晰，擁有優質的文案與組織能力，善於進行資訊蒐集彙整和分析；面對的通常是數據文字，熟悉的時常是文書軟體，工作內容主要得寫提案、做簡報、想評估、擬計畫，若是會一點美編技能絕對大大加分。如果平常熱愛閱讀，甚至喜歡寫寫文案，那很具備做企劃的好條件。簡單說，企劃屬於一種「組織邏輯」的執行性工作。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">行銷是專業力，需依據現有營銷條件構思，加上對市場的敏銳度。好的行銷得擁有基本企劃能力、良好流利口條，善於跨部門溝通 、勇於表達想法；通常是面對營銷面的待解決難題，必須試著了解原因、分析探索，找出提昇品牌行銷目標（銷售業績/公關好感度/節慶販促）的創新方法。工作內容一樣得寫提案做計畫，但更具備策略脈絡、成本概念、系統架構。如果熱愛學習新事物、接觸流行市場、了解商業趨勢，甚至喜歡跟他人分享，那更具備做行銷的好資質。簡單說，行銷屬於一種「營銷強化」的思維性工作。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">策展是整合力，發想從無到有的創意，以及從平面到立體的總體呈現。好的策展人除了擁有良好的企劃行銷與溝通能力，還要能擬定品牌的發展願景，打造平面視覺、展示陳列和空間氛圍的高度整合性。從品牌定位的策劃、網站風格的擬訂、到施工現場的燈光調校，由淺至深、由大至小，都能帶領團隊實現品牌理念與目標。工作內容包羅萬象，可能上一秒跟文青老闆開會，下一秒在工地指揮監督。如果熱愛創意視覺、熟悉空間規劃、擅長各類企劃執行流程，甚至喜歡不同主題的任務挑戰，那會挺適合往策展人邁進。簡單說，策展屬於一種「品牌整合」的領導性工作。</span></p>
